Benjamin Wishart was admitted to the California Bar in May of 2011. He has advocated for clients at hundreds of contested hearings. He received a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2010 and a B.A. in economics from Brigham Young University in 2004.
Mr. Wishart has successfully litigated thousands of cases. He has also served as a judge pro tem. He has extensive experience with judges, opposing counsel and has mentored many attorneys. Mr. Wishart was admitted to the California Bar in 1981.
