Benjamin S. Wishart
Benjamin Wishart was admitted to the California Bar in May of 2011. He has advocated for clients at hundreds of contested hearings. He received a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2010 and a B.A. in economics from Brigham Young University in 2004. Prior to attending law school he worked as a Workers’ Compensation claims examiner for Sedgwick Claims Management Services from 2004-2007.
He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association; family law section, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. During the Fall of 2012 he had the opportunity to serve as volunteer deputy attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s office where he successfully prosecuted multiple misdemeanor offenses.
He is an Eagle Scout and served as an assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) from 2013-2015 and assists with merit badge days and cub scout adventure days.
Mr. Wishart currently accepts cases in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties.
